About The Owner
My name is Dionna and I am the Owner of Annoie Cosmetics. I started this company in 2017 because growing up I was bullied because of the color of my skin. When I discovered make-up at the age of 14 it really helped me boost my confidence. I created Annoie Cosmetics in hopes of making products thats not only benefical to the skin but helps my customers feel beautiful and help build there confidence.
